From the north: Take I-94 South to Townline
Road (Route 60) exit. Turn right onto Townline
Road. After 3 miles you will come to Milwaukee
Avenue (Route 21). Turn left onto Milwaukee. Take
Milwaukee South about a half mile to the second
light, Executive Drive. Turn right onto Executive
Drive. Turn right at Lakeview Parkway. The Physician
Center is the second building on the right.
From the south: Take I-94 North to Townline
Road (Route 60) exit. Turn left onto Townline
Road. After 3 miles you will come to Milwaukee
Avenue (Route 21). Turn left onto Milwaukee. Take
Milwaukee South about a half mile to the second

Drive. Turn right at Lakeview Parkway. The Physician

From the west: Take Route 53 North to
the first exit for Lake Cook Road heading East.
Take Lake Cook Road East for about 6 miles to
Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21). Turn left. Stay on
Milwaukee for 3 miles, past Half Day Road to Executive
Drive. Turn left onto Executive Drive. Turn right
at Lakeview Parkway. The Physician Center is the
second building on the right.
