Receive comprehensive Evaluation and Treatment
We set our standards high and offer a unique one-on-one approach with manual therapy, exercise prescription and education tailored to your personal needs. During the first visit patients are given a thorough evaluation that helps the therapist develop a comprehensive treatment plan. This personalized plan may include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or a combination of the two.

You’ll have therapy right where you see your doctor. We’re located on the first floor, and offer convenient hours Monday through Friday.

Meet our expert therapists
John Walker, BAppSc (Physiotherapy), Cert. MDT
is a 1994 graduate of Sydney University, Australia. He is trained in the Maitland approach to assessment and treatment of orthopedic injuries. He is also a certified McKenzie practitioner, and uses advanced mobilization techniques. John takes a special interest in preventative and orthopedic medicine, especially the treatment of cervical and extremity disorders.
Lilian Holm, PT, CEAS
is a 1993 graduate of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. She specializes in the John Barnes Myofascial Release approach, a gentle, holistic and effective form of manual therapy. She complements this with other advanced techniques to help normalize alignment and function, and is also offers Women’s Health services. Lilian is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and has several years of experience with Industrial rehabilitation. Lilian provides Physical Therapy services to patients in English, French, Spanish, Greek, Swedish and Finnish.
Yael Mirelman, MPT
Received her Bachelors degree from Washington University in St Louis and Masters degree from MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia in the year 2000. She has completed several courses of Osteopathic techniques and is trained in Pilates based therapeutic exercise as well as Myofascial Release. Her focus is not only on rehabilitating the injury at hand but also on maximizing total wellness.
Shari Zimmelman, PT
Graduated with BS in Physical therapy from Boston University. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, rehabilitation, home care and nursing homes. Her wide variety of experiences and extensive continuing education allow her to provide patients with a multidimensional treatment approach. She also incorporates her experience with yoga into her treatment approach.
Claudia Sanchez, PT, MHS
graduated from the University of Our Lady of the Rosary - Colombian School for Rehabilitation in Bogota in Colombia. She takes great interest in neurological rehabilitation and is NDT-trained. She utilizes a wide variety of techniques in her treatment approach, and is also trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation. Claudia feels strongly about the importance of functional exercises to complement all manual techniques. Claudia treats patients in English and Spanish.
